Stars Impact Challenge

A National Student Competition to Inspire Healthy Change

As part of each Stars Summit, the Stars Impact Challenge invites student teams from across the country to compete in designing, pitching, and planning the most impactful Healthy America Kids initiative. This competition blends innovation, strategy, and real-world impact—pushing students to go beyond theory and lead transformative wellness programs for children.

2. Pitch to a National Panel Present their proposal to a panel of judges made up of HAKS advisors, industry leaders, and community stakeholders

3. Receive Expert Feedback Gain real-time guidance and mentorship from the judging panel

4. Advance to Nationals The top team from each regional Stars Summit earns a spot at the Stars National Challenge, held at the final annual summit
